CRM 101 – How To Maximise Your Business Database – Wanneroo

October 22, 2015 @ 9:30 am - 11:00 am

Short for Customer Relationship Management, CRM is a company’s strategy for overseeing clients and sales prospects. The days of dusty roller decks and outdated spreadsheets are long gone, CRM is the way forward and without it, chances are your database and customer service is just not up to scratch.

Business Station is offering local business owners the chance to attend an informative hands-on group training session designed to assist you in unlocking the gold tied up in your most valuable asset, your client database.

At the workshop you will learn;

  • What is CRM and why is so important to you
  • How to re-format and organise your client database
  • How to successfully market to the database
  • How to import your database to an online CRM system
  • How to track and manage sales via the CRM system
  • How to run custom built reports on your data for a complete view of your business
  • How a CRM system can radically change your working day
With a custom built CRM system in place, you’ll be able to offer exceptional customer service, track your sales, monitor your staff and run reports on your client data, while growing your sales and generating new leads to ultimately increase your bottom line.

This workshop is relevant to any business owner that already has a client database or is looking to develop one and service it easily and effectively.
