PRESENTER – Frances Blackie
Frances is an accomplished sales as marketing professional who specialises in assisting SME’s manage their customer relationships. Having run a successful CRM strategy and implementation consultancy for a number of years, Frances has formed an exciting new company committed to propelling economic activity at a local level. Distrct32 was created to solve problems in the marketplace whilst promoting and supporting local enterprises.
Over the past 24 months, Frances has played a key role in developing and delivering the Digital Enterprise Program to hundreds of SME’s across the Perth metro. She loves educating the small business community on a variety of key topics including; customer relationship management, cloud-based productivity applications, social media and online marketing. Frances has mentored many small business owners to help them propel their business development activities to new levels of success whilst organising and automating key areas of their business administration and communication.
We have capped the number of attendees to ensure a small group.
